Rack plating

We have established various plating processing including rack plating. And we can do partial silver plating for lead frame. Consistent processing is possible from etching to partial silver plating and down set processing.

Aluminum treatment

Anodized aluminum is used as common name of the anodic oxide film of aluminum. Anodization means oxidize processing of the surface of valve metal in the strong acid choosing the surface of the target ingredient as electrolysis. Anodized aluminum is typical surface processing method for aluminum. The main purpose of anodized aluminum treatment is to improve corrosion resistance and rub resistance of aluminum.

It is one of surface treatment or forming film which makes metal and oxide evaporate and stuck on the surface of material. It is the method to form film that heat the material and make them vaporize and makes the substrate surface adherent in the vacuum chamber.
